Homeowners are moving again and Californians are heading this way.

The California-to-Washington move was one of the most common in the country in 2011, according to new data released by the United States Census Bureau. After hitting a record low of 11.6 percent last year, the national home mover rate increased to 12 percent in 2012, the Bureau reported. Wow.......this is reminiscent of past times when Seattle property values went up because of this trend.
